Shipping information

Shipping options are provided at the time of checkout. Standard and express shipping rates are provided in the chart below. You will always have the opportunity to see the full amount of your purchase with shipping charges before you confirm your order.

Orders can only be shipped within the U.S.

Items will be shipped within 2 business days of placing your order. To ensure express shipments, orders must be submitted online by 1pm EST. Shipments are sent via Fedex and tracking information will be provided upon shipment of the order.

Standard Shipping: This method is ground shipping. You should receive your product within 5-10 business days from your order date.

Express Shipping: Orders are sent via Fedex 2nd-day delivery. You should receive your product within 2 business days from your order date. Please note: orders need to be submitted online by 1pm EST to ensure 2nd day delivery.

Alaska & Hawaii Shipping: Remington ships to both Alaska and Hawaii, but additional fees apply. Refer to the Shipping & Delivery information for the additional rate. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii may take longer for delivery.

Please note: promotional offers relating to shipping rates, such as free shipping, do not apply to Alaska or Hawaii shipping addresses.

International Shipping: Unfortunately, we do not ship to U.S. Territories or internationally at this time.

Shipping to a P.O. Box: Unfortunately, Remington cannot ship items to a P.O. Box at this time. Please provide a street address for your shipment.

Shipping to an APO/FPO Address: Unfortunately, Remington cannot ship items to an APO/FPO address at this time. Please provide a street address for your shipment.

Track Your Order

Follows these instructions to track your order: First, log into “My Account”. Then, click on the Order Number which will provide the tracking number. Click on the tracking number for all available tracking information.

Please note: if your order shows your items were shipped and no tracking information, your shipment was sent by a method that provides no tracking information.

Limited Two-Year Warranty

Spectrum Brands, Inc. warrants this product against any defects that are due to faulty material or workmanship for a two-year period from the original date of consumer purchase. This warranty does not include damage to the product resulting from accident or misuse. If the product should become defec¬tive within the warranty period, we will replace it free of charge. Return your product and sales receipt with your name, address and day time phone number to: Remington Returns Center, 507 Stokely Dr., P.O. Box 1, Deforest, WI 53532. Returns

You can return most new unopened and unused items within 90 days of delivery for a refund, (unfortunately, shipping charges are not refundable). Items must be returned in new, unopened and unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. You need to complete the return section on your order’s packaging slip and send it to us with your new, unopened, and unused item. If the returned item is accepted after inspection at our warehouse, you will receive a refund at the original purchase price, plus sales tax if applicable, in the original payment method within four weeks of shipping your package to us. If the return is a result of our error, please indicate that on the return packaging slip and we will issue a refund at the original purchase price, plus sales tax if applicable, plus shipping charges in the original payment method.

How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow the directions provided on your packaging slip. All returned items must match the description provided in our Return Policy.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are opened, in used condition, or beyond 30 days of delivery may not be returned. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Refund Policy

After your item(s) is received in our warehouse, it will be inspected. If the item is returned in new, unopened, and unused condition with the return section of the packaging slip, you will be issued a refund at the original purchase price, plus sales tax if applicable in the original payment method , minus shipping charges within four weeks of shipping your package to us. If the return is a result of our error, please indicate that on the return packaging slip and we will issue a refund at the original purchase price plus sales tax if applicable plus shipping charges in the original payment method.

How to Return a Gift

If you received a gift from the Remington store, you may return the item(s) but please be sure the item(s) are eligible for return. Please reference the Return Policy. All refunds will be issued to the original purchaser’s account in the original form of payment.

Our Guarantee

With your purchase of the i-LIGHT Pro comes our performance guarantee. If within 90 days after you have purchased your Remington i-LIGHT Pro, you are not satisfied and would like a refund, return it with the sales slip indicating purchasing price and date of purchase to the retailer from who it was purchased. Spectrum Brands, Inc. will reimburse all retailers who accept the product within 90 days from the date of purchase.

KEEP ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT AS PROOF OF PURCHASE FOR WARRANTY PURPOSES

This warranty does not cover products damaged by the following:

  • Accident, misuse, abuse or alteration of the product
  • Servicing by unauthorized persons
  • Use with unauthorized accessories
  • Connecting it to incorrect current and voltage
  • Any other conditions beyond our control
